Marcia's bio

Hi, I am Marcia Coviello and I am a construction recruitment consultant for the Bouygues account here at MCG Construction. My role involves building relationships with clients and candidates whilst fulfilling all requirements to a high standard. I started my career at MCG in 2017 as a resourcer and have been delighted to progress to my current position over the past three years.

My favourite thing about my job is that I have great satisfaction in being in a role that I can help people to get the job that they would like.
My hobbies are traveling and gardening. I am very grateful to be part of the MCG Team.
