Niamh's bio

Hello, I am Niamh Mulchrone. I am a Team Manager & Recruiter for Construction within our Key Accounts team.

My role is to develop key accounts within the Trades & Labour construction division, grow business through client & candidate relationships, support our client's sites by supplying a good standard of candidates, create new opportunities with new clients & I also train, support & manage my team to help them achieve their goals.

I have been with MCG since August 2007 and have been lucky to see this company evolve over the years to become the business it is today. I started out as a Resourcer, then took over one of the Key Accounts as Recruitment Consultant & in 2014 I took on the additional role of Team Manager as well.

In my spare time, I catch up with family & friends, socialise, enjoy DIY and gardening at home & like reading.
