OVERALL PURPOSE OF AN ADMINISTRATOR ROLE
To assist the PPM Coordinators and PPM Manager with the day-to-day administration of the PPM contracts; to facilitate our statutory obligations and Network Rail requirements to ensure we get maximum efficiency's in our organisational arrangements and maximise returns. - Assist with the execution of the planned maintenance schedule as per Network Rail requirements across all PPM contracts.
- Assisting in the development of a new asset management system with Network Rail.
- Provide real time updates to the asset management system and report on all PPM works arising to the Network Rail representatives.
- Attend weekly meetings with the PPM team to resolve any issues with the ongoing PPM contract.
