We are looking for a Learning and Development Administrator to join our fast-paced L & D team, based at our head office in Horsham.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Liaising with external training providers
  • Organising training courses for employees across the UK
  • Managing training calendars
  • Processing invoices
  • Post course recording
  • L & D projects as they arise

Skills required

  • Confident with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail essential
  • Problem Solving
  • Previous administration experience preferred.

Qualifications needed

  • 5 GCSEs Level 4/C and above, including English and Maths
  • A levels or equivalent, or relevant work experience
