Responsibilities Include:
- Liaising with external training providers
- Organising training courses for employees across the UK
- Managing training calendars
- Processing invoices
- Post course recording
- L & D projects as they arise
Skills required
- Confident with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong numeracy skills
- Excellent communicator
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail essential
- Problem Solving
- Previous administration experience preferred.
Qualifications needed
- 5 GCSEs Level 4/C and above, including English and Maths
- A levels or equivalent, or relevant work experience
