MCG Construction is currently recruiting a Fantastic Administrator for a Facilities Management Contractor Supporting the NHS Trust in the City of Preston

Job Title - Administrator

Rate Per Hour - 13-16

Location - City of Preston

Department - Service Contract Support

Reporting To - Performance Manager

Main Purpose of Job To provide an effective and professional service to the contract; maintaining confidentiality at all times. Demonstrating continuous improvement and value add.

Administrator

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • To assist the Small Works team with administration tasks including raising Work Orders, raising Purchase Orders, receipting and completing WOs, managing email inbox.

  • To maintain the Maximo CAFM administration including raising and receipting Purchase Orders, dispatching PPMs and processing Work Orders.

  • To monitor Maximo CAFM system, allocate Work Orders, and chase for updates as required. Run reports to monitor labour reporting, open orders, etc.

  • To assist in the administration of maintaining office equipment. Ordering of the necessary consumables and stationary as required.

  • To provide administrative support including replying to emails, filing, photocopying, and assistance with keeping holiday and sickness records up to date.

  • To assist in the daily operation of the contract including HR issues and information for payroll, chasing purchasing queries, and sourcing materials via the Internet.

  • To fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Management Plans

  • To comply with the Company's Policies, Management Plans and Procedures

  • To undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department / Service.
