My client are a sub-contractor who are looking to add somebody to their business development and tendering department. They are a business that turns over close to £20 million and have a strong history in construction, even during this challenging year they have secured 4 major projects that will see them moving into 2021 in a fantastic position. Due to these wins and continued business they are seeking to add a individual to the business to help improve the business development and sales but also help get involved in the tender stage as well as helping putting together the prices for these potential projects.

The clients has offices in Central London, North West London and in the North of England, however this role will need to be based in the London offices.

Duties will consist of:

* Working with current clients

* Identifying opportunities

* Sales meetings

* Presentations

* Bringing in tender opportunities

* Working on these tenders to produce sales literature

* Working from a financial aspect of these presentations

* Client entertainment

We feel this would be a great opportunity for several people, potentially somebody from a Construction Recruitment background, potentially a buyer or finance person who wants to be more people focused or somebody already in a Construction Business Development role.

The bonus is uncapped and there is real potential to earn a significant increase in their take home.
