Construction Senior Administrator

MCG Construction are currently recruiting for a Senior Contract Administrator to join a new construction project team in the Suffolk region.

This is a leading role that is responsible for the organisation and administration supporting the management team to ensure smooth running of the construction project.

Your main duties will include the following:

Providing administration support for the fleet

Ensure all reports are produced daily, weekly & monthly and acted upon i.e daily enquiry report, daily progress report, vehicle damage report and escalating issues to the relevant person

Raising works order and permits for the branch and contractors and ensuring payments are made within time & raising permits for branch and contractor works and closing the permit at the appropriate time. Manage purchase orders and GRN of goods

Assist with resourcing costs, payroll administration, subcontractors and liaison with employment agencies

Attending and recording minutes for monthly monitoring meetings

You will be a team player, an excellent communicator and have strong administration experience, ideally within the Construction sector although not essential.
