Our client is a Social Housing Contractor looking to expand their team, this is a temp-perm position with the prospect for long-term growth in the business.
Key duties include:
- Be responsible for Works Scheduling / Planning, monitoring workforce and sub-contractors to ensure that they comply with relevant specifications whilst delivering on or before works order target dates.
- All administrative work, dealing with invoicing issues and certifications when required
- Liaison with the client and tenants, dealing with complaints
- To ensure all works orders received are scheduled immediately upon receipt and thereafter completed within target timescales leading to delivery of contractual key performance indicators.
- Monitor the systems for any emergencies and ensure records are kept up to date
To qualify for this role, you must have a strong repairs background.
