Administration of works from receipt through to planning on the BT ONSA contract covering Hampshire & Berkshire
As a Safe Digs administrator your role will involve collating all documentation from site meeting, ensuring that this is uploaded to the job before being released. Using the ZOI/HPP method statement, evaluate all jobs that have fallen into the hot job queue before releasing to operations to schedule. Upload safe digs to all required works through the PROVEIT system whilst following all H&S requirements.
You will be reviewing estimates received by Openreach and validate, raising any issues before accepting into the system, deliver performance to set Client KPIs/SLAs.
Contacting asset owners to gain permission to proceed or arrange joint site meetings if required and build solid relationships with Highways, suppliers and OR and manage specific expectations at administration level.
What do we need from you?
You must have a good level of IT competency with knowledge of MS office packages and excellent attention to detail. Ideally you will have experience in an Operational Setting in the highways and/or utilities sectors, experience in street works permitting and an interest in health & safety.
