Freelance Site Manager

Project: Retail / Steel Frame 'Shed'
Rate: Circa £240-270 per shift CIS (DOE)
- Must have CSCS / First Aid / SMSTS
- Site Manager required to assist existing site based team - overseeing delivery/H&S to report into site based PM
- To start onsite on Monday 18/07/22 - Subject to successful interview
- 10 Week Programme
- Hours: 12 hour shifts - Mon-Fri 6:30am - 6:30pm (some weekend works also)
- Project is internal demo of existing steel frame 'shed' to repurpose as retail distibution unit £4.5m
- Possible follow on work with the same client
