Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Western region / Weymouth
Job Type: Contract (until July 2022)
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000

Job Function:
As a Site Manager, you will lead and manage the site activities, ensuring you work in a safe, profitable, planned manner to achieve the programme and deliver a quality product and service in line with the Line of Sight. You will develop and maintain positive relationships, and promote and protect the company's reputation whilst remaining customer focused and in line with Company policies and values. You will lead by example by engendering the collaborative culture throughout the site team, including suppliers and customers, ensuring that everyone works towards our common vision of a vibrant delivery mechanism that delivers on promises, chosen by customers and has safety at its core.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to gain their loyalty, keeping them informed, engaged and delighted with the project performance
- Promote the companies culture & lead by example by demonstrating the values and behaviours with the team, suppliers & customers
- Be fully accountable for the site team, promote site safety
- Adhere to an efficient set of the company's systems and processes. Ensure the legislative & mandatory policies and procedures are delivered correctly within the governance framework.
- Be highly accountable for the profit and loss of your projects, successfully return a profitable outcome in line with the set targets
- Be aware of the infrastructure target to deliver volumes within the customers expected targets

Track safety card, CW (Safety Critical Work) & CSCS Card
Good level of I.T skills
Good level of knowledge regarding NEC3, civils, M&E and Rail.
Worked with multiple discipline such as; Steelwork, painting, station/structures works and building works
Experience working within an infrastructure environment
Experience of personally managing projects of the value £1million to £2million
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000
