Comes pre assembled and pre boarded, the panels/frame needs bolting to the slab then the cassette panels/floor/roof panels.
All materials and access is on-site.
Prices:
£10m2 metal work
£4m2 boarding
£3m2 Tyvek
All three together £17m2
Some area won't have Tyvek wrap needed ie the flooring and roof areas, so will be paid at a rate of £14m2
